Since we’ve developed the catered-for-women-only syllabus for Hotbod Conditioning (HB) in 2012, it has been very well-received. HB is a circuit training based programme that comprehensively integrates both cardiovascular/conditioning moves and HIIT routines, guaranteed to maximise more fat-burning in a shorter period of time, as compared to steady-state cardio.

As a contemporary all women gym, we like to mix things up during our training sessions and periodically initiate new methods of training. Conditioning has never been more gratifying, because you’ll also have the chance to get your hands on various types of equipment and be taught how to use them, i.e. dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, agility ladders and more.

Our HB sessions are also multi-levelled, suitable for all females from starters to well-seasoned athletes. Our ladies work on an ‘own-time own-target’ basis, and are constantly challenged accordingly to their individual capabilities. Essentially, this program is catered for those of you women who are looking at fat-loss, endurance-building and toning up.
