WOMEN’S MUAYTHAI FITNESS

If you’re looking to regain your fitness and get stronger in a non-competitive environment, you’ve come to the right place. Our gym is the epitome of tough love in a safe space, and we believe in empowering women with strength and confidence, through our classes.


Our signature program – Women’s Muay Thai has become increasingly popular over the recent years. 

The Women’s Muay Thai program was developed by Van, and designed for women in their 20s to 40s. This is a comprehensive Muay Thai Fitness based program that addresses the unique needs and goals of women at different stages of life, focusing on improving on cardiovascular benefits, overall strength and muscular endurance. 

Our classes are best suitable for women who are looking to improve their body composition (reduce fat % and increase muscle mass), and destress while learning something new. In a typical class, you’ll get to learn how to perform some cool Muay Thai techniques, and experience elements of strength training, while training alongside other like-minded women who are equally driven to be the best versions of themselves.
