Our Women’s Muaythai Fitness (WMT) program is extremely popular amongst our ladies. This dynamic all female Muaythai fitness based program is perfect for stress-relief, and builds cardiovascular endurance. Our classes are carefully planned to suit every woman, regardless of age and fitness backgrounds. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a complete beginner with zero experience, this program has been created to bring out that warrior in you. Because WMT has been specially designed just for women, we guarantee you’ll receive that total body workout you’ve always been looking for in every session.

With the incorporation of punches, kicks, elbows and knees in our syllabus, you’ll also get to master various self-defence techniques while having lots of fun in our classes, together with the other VLF women. A typical training session includes warm up exercises, bag work, partner workouts, pad work and various conditioning drills.

We’re going to be honest here, ladies. This is a highly energetic AND addictive program that requires tons of determination and mental strength, so expect to be completely maxed out after each class. Nonetheless, know that you’re never alone. Classes are conducted in a safe and engaging all female environment, alongside other friendly and like-minded fellow ladies who have similar fitness goals. Our VLF women will make you feel at home in no time.
