WOMEN’S MUAY THAI
Our gym is the epitome of tough love in a safe space. Our signature program - Women's Muay Thai is for individuals who are looking to get fit, destress, improve their body composition, all while learning something new. You'll get to learn some cool Muay Thai techniques, experience elements of strength training, as you train alongside other like-minded women.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Gym anxiety is common, especially for women looking to regain confidence and start new fitness habits. We understand the nervousness that comes with trying something new, especially if you haven’t worked out in a while. Our private training sessions, lasting 45 or 60 minutes, offer personalized guidance tailored to your fitness level and needs, perfect for busy women. It's ideal for individuals easing back into fitness, those seeking a fast-track learning approach with 1-on-1 attention, or friends and family who want to get fit together with added accountability.
CORPORATE WELLNESS
Through Corporate Wellness, companies can cultivate a healthier, happier, and more productive workforce. This benefits both the individual employees and the organization. We’re able to organize team workouts to promote camaraderie and stronger relationships amongst departments, fostering a sense of unity and teamwork which leads to better relationships between individuals in your company. Sessions can be done at your workplace, or in our gym.
